Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to love your new furniture. If something isn’t right, our returns process is simple and fair. This policy sets out your rights and how to arrange a return or refund.
1. Your 30-Day Right to Return
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email hello@thecurioco.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will confirm the return and arrange collection or provide return instructions.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free repair, replacement, or full refund including any delivery costs, at no charge to you.
5. Items We Cannot Accept
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of made-to-order or bespoke items, mattresses that have been unsealed, or items showing signs of use or damage not present on delivery, unless they are faulty.
6. Return Collection Costs
For change-of-mind returns, a collection fee may apply for large furniture items, which will be confirmed before collection is arranged. Faulty and incorrectly supplied items are always collected free of charge.
