The terms that apply when you shop with The Curio Co.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of thecurioco.uk and your purchase of products from The Curio Co. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and The Curio Co is formed only when we confirm that your item(s) have been dispatched, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where appropriate, including where there is an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraud, or the product is unavailable.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, if we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

4. Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout.
We accept major debit and credit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to mainland UK.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative rather than guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing your order.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person nominated by you, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Returns & Refunds

Your rights to return products and receive refunds are set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
